Watchdoc SkyPrint - Troubleshooting - Non-registered user

Context

When submitting print jobs by email for the first time, a user may receive the following message:

Email rejected - Reason: No_User

 

Cause

Watchdoc SkyPrint® sends this email if :

  • the user who submits his prints by email is not present in a Watchdoc

  • directory; automatic registration is not authorised (Automatic creation of guests box in the Mailbox configuration not ticked).

 

Resolution

If this message is sent to the user because they are not registered in a Watchdoc® directory, they must contact a technical contact authorised to register them in the Watchdoc Guests directory.
