Administration roles : description

The role entitles the user to:

- create/edit/delete print queues

- create/edit/delete groups

- delete pending documents in the print queues

-create/edit/delete rules governing the queues

- create/edit/delete prices

- create/edit/delete roles

- - view incidents (queues)/consumables..

-create/edit/delete Quotas/Management rules

- create/edit/delete rules governing the virtual wallets

- create/edit/delete roles

- top up/delete a user

Warning: this privilege does not give access to the print queues; it must be added to the group of queues or to the queue when creating a quota.

- view statistics

- view/delete archives.

- view print queues

- delete pending documents in the print queues

- view consumable-related incidents on the queues

- top up/delete a quota account.

- create/edit/delete prices

- create/edit/delete rules

- view pending documents in the print queues.

N.B. for confidentiality reasons, this role is rarely allocated.

From v. 6.1. 4926, in addition to the first and last name, the PUK code is also considered to be a user identity. Operators responsible for managing directories may or may not be authorised to see users' PUK codes.
