Filters and rules - Presentation of the filters administration interface
Accessing the configuration interface
From the Main menu in the administration interface,
1. From the Managementsection, click on Filters:
รจ You will access the list of filters defined by default in Watchdoc as well as the ones you have declared.
Description of the list

The Filters section displays the list of filters configured in your instance of Watchdoc. The
button lets you display the rules applied by each filter:

The Pre-defined filters section displays the list of predefined rules that cannot be changed and that you can use to design your filters.
Description of information on filters and preset filters sections
These lists display the following information:

The Name of the filter,
-
The Message column displays the information notified to the user when the filter is triggered,
Information on the purpose of the filter:
-
Users types ;
-
Devices ;
-
Document types ;
-
Dates and durations.
Description of tools in the Filter section
Every line presenting a preset filter comprises the following tools:

The Change this filter
button lets you open the filter in a specific interface to study its configuration and change it,

The Duplicate this filter
button lets you take a filter as a model to create a new one instead of creating one from scratch.
Before using the duplication tool, make sure that there will not be more parameters to change than to retain.

The Delete this filter
button lets you delete a filter that is not longer used. Deletion only becomes effective after confirmation.
