Presentation of the Quotas and management rules administration interface.

Accessing the configuration interface

  1. From the Main menu in the administration interface,

  2. in the Management secgtion, click on Quotas:

→ The Quotas.interface will be displayed.

 

Description of tools in the list

The list displays all of the quotas and management rules declared in the Watchdoc® application:

 

Every line presenting a quota or a management rule comprises the following tools: the Edit

  • the Edit buttonis used to open the quota or management rule in a specific interface to review and modify its configuration;

  • the Duplicate button is used to apply a quota or a management rule as a model for recreating quotas or management rules instead of reconfiguring them from scratch;

Before using the duplication tool, make sure that there is a higher number of settings to be copied than modified..
  • the Delete button is used to delete a quota or management rule that is no longer used. Deletion is only effective after confirmation.

  • the Create button located beneath each list opens the interface for creating a quota or management rule.

 

Information provided in the Quotas list

Every line displays information forming the quota:

  • the Name and the description of the quota;

  • the Scope : specifies whether this is a quota specific to a user (Individual) or shared by a group of users (Group);

  • Number : displays the number of user accounts to which the quota is associated;

  • Total : displays the total number of units of credit on this quota;

  • Conso : displays the total number of units of credit consumed;

Information provided in the list of Management Rules

Every line displays information forming the management rule:

  • the Name: and description of the management rule;

  • the Mode: specifies the mode according to which the rule is managed;

  • Init value :if the rule is in Debit mode, this gives the initial value credited on the user accounts with which the management rule is associated;

  • Ceiling: specifies whether the rule includes a ceiling to limit the payment amount (in debit mode) or a maximum debit amount (in counter mode);

  • Tolerance: specifies whether the rule authorises users to exceed the limit;

  • Periodicity: specifies when the credits are renewed;

  • Renewal: specifies when the last renewal took place.
