Every line presenting a web profile comprises the following tools:

  • Identifier: the internal identifier of the web profile, only displayed in the administration interfaces;

  • Name: displays the name of the profile, more explicit than the identifier, only displayed on the administration interfaces;

  • Title: displays the interface's name as it is displayed to users, associated to an icon that specifies the language choice;

  • (or other flag) indicates the language in which the interface labels are written;

  • indicates that the interface is displayed in the language automatically associated to the user by the system;

  • indicates that the user can chose his language.

  • Identification: specifies the authentication mode used in the interface, with an icon;

  • specifies that the user authenticates himself entering his login and password in a form;

  • indicates that the user is automatically authenticated with his Window's account.

  • Payment: indicates the payment mode applied in the interface:

  • free: indicates that the printing is not subject to payment;

  • card: indicates that the user pays with a supplied card;

  • PMV: indicates that the user pays with a Virtual Purse, that is to say a Watchdoc own user account specifically supplied for his printing jobs;

  • external: indicates that the user must pay an agent that is allowed to release his print-jobs;

  • Timeouts: indicates, in minutes and seconds, the timeouts before refresh, disconnexion and automatic redirection.

Even if it may exist several web profiles, only one can be activated on a print server at a time.
