Manage Cards

Overview

The Cards management module allows you to manage the users authentication cards database (also known as CARDS). This database role is to translate a card code, sent to Watchdoc with a swipe on the MFP card reader, into a user login.

Access the administration interface

From the WSC Main Menu, click on the Cards Management button:

 

→ you access the Cards Management interface, in which are displayed the cards already registered.

Modify table display

It's possible to customise the table layout:

  1. hover your mouse cursor over the Add a card button;

  2. click on the Modify table display button that appears:

     

    → A table with an example appears.

  3. click on the headers to activate or disable the column;

  4. create a new view by clicking on Add a view;

  5. to change the current view, click on the corresponding dropdown list and select an entry;

  6. click on the Validate button to confirm.
