WSC - Analytical Codes presentation

Principle

Analytical code correspond to a specific account that the print outs requested by users can be billed to. Consequently, this code is used to breakdown printing codes to facilitate cost accounting for this heading.

To enable this function a list of codes is needed (representing divisions, units, departments, customers, etc.) that the printing is billed to. For example, printing done by Carol Costly is charged to the Sales Department while those made by Steven Trusty are charged to Support. On the other hand, Audrey, an attorney, prints her documents taking care to charge them to the code assigned to the client she is representing so that her printing costs can in turn be billed to her client.
