When the Analytical codes function is enabled and when the WES is compatible, the user can enter a analytical code when they confirm their print job so that they will be billed to a specific account chosen from the device display thanks to its compatibility with WES.

Enter a analytical code from the WES

When the user releases their print outs from the device interface, they have a field that they can use to enter their code.

To find a code from the existing codes, users can set their search preferences stating:

• The display mode: A list of codes or icons;

• The search mode so that it covers a number of hierarchical levels or just one.
