Test the secure printing

Once the installation is complete, you can print a document from the workstation and

release this document on the print device secured by Watchdoc.

 

1. Start your print job by selecting the Secure Print queue available in your office applications:
   
   
   
   

2. Print a document and log on a MFP secured by Watchdoc with the PUK code of your guest account :

3. Launch the WES (Watchdoc Embedded Interface) application by clicking on the My Prints icon:
   

 

4. In the pending documents interface, click on the button to Preview your documents:
   
   
   

 

5. Click on the Edit button to change the print options if necessary if it's necessary:
   
   

 

6. When the "Job transformation (spool transformation)" function is compatible with the make and model of your printing device, Watchdoc

   • reduces your environmental impact by suggesting that users :

   • l transform a colour job into a black & white print

   • l converting a double-sided job to double-sided printing:

   • l reducing the number of copies required

   • l deleting superfluous pages

   • Watchdoc can help to reduce environmental footprint:
