Principle

The European Union RGPD stipulates, in its 17^th article, that that every user has the right to be forgotten ("erasure right"): :

"The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay […]" (in certain circumstances specified in the article).

To meet this requirement, Doxense^® designed the WatchdocGDPRComplier, tool allowing to fetch the data relating to a user and to delete the link between these printjobs and their owner.

 

Since the 5.3.0.3295 version, this operation of anonimization can be done in mass prodessing, thanks to a command line tool which exploits a data file containing users accounts affected by this operation.
