Principle

Installing Watchdoc^® on your print servers lets you collect continuously your system usage data in real-time:

This data is accessible by the manager for viewing in report form from the administration interface and can be exported in regular office system formats or to tools for assisting with decision making, thereby facilitating regular monitoring of your printing spending.

Type of data available

You will get clear reports grouped by:

• user (when they are registered in Watchdoc^®;

• Role (often corresponding to departments in your organisation);

• Device;

• Customer code (thanks to the charge codes available since version 5.1);

• Application;

• Work station sending the print job.
