Exporting the configuration file (.dat) for a queue

It can be useful to export the configuration file, once the queue has been fully configured, so that it can be saved or reused, particularly with Watchdoc Supervision Console.

To save the configuration of a print queue :

1. from the Main menu, Operations section, click Print Queues, Queue Groups & Pools,

2. In the Print Queues list, click on the queue whose configuration you wish to export;

3. in the queue management interface, under the Status tab, General information section, click on the Download link in the Configuration .dat parameter:
   
   
   

The Download button is only displayed on physical queues. It is therefore normal that it is not present on the configuration interface of a universal or virtual queue.
