Watchdoc - PayBox - Principle

Some customers have PayBox® (Verifone) payment terminals allowing users to reload their print quotas with a credit card via the PayBox® on-line payment site.

 

To allow this use, it is necessary to configure the PayBox® option in Watchdoc.

Prerequisites

Most of the settings required to activate this feature in Watchdoc are provided by Verifone (PayBox). Be sure that you have this data before proceeding in the configuration. Check also the following prerequisites:

  1. On the Watchdoc web site, with IIS Manager, add a web trusted certificate, (like GlobalSign®, for example);

  2. the 443 port must be open and allowed the following addresses to access the server: 194.2.122.190 or 195.25.67.22.
