Principle

You can use Paybox® terminals (payment solution marketed by Verifone e-commerce®) to reload your Watchdoc print quota using a bank card.

This reload is available if you have an account in the establishment directory (A.D.).

Procedure

  1. Using a link provided to you by your administrator, log in to the Watchdoc Reload via Paybox interface on the My Account page.

  2. From this interface, select the account to be reloaded (if you have more than one) and choose the amount to be reloaded from the drop-down list.

  1. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided.

    These values are mandatory:if the fields are empty, the user can not validate the operation and the message "An error occured" displays.

  2. Click Next to validate the information entered.

  3. Paybox sends the transaction to Watchdoc via the administration website. This transaction is recorded in a log file for diagnosis if necessary. The user's PMV is then credited by the Watchdoc service with the amount indicated.

     

    4. The account reloaded is only available for the users present in the Active Directory
