Watchdoc - Archive spools

Steps

Archiving spools of a print queue requires several configuration steps:

  1. activation of spool archiving at Watchdoc level;

  2. activation of archiving spools on the specific queue to be analyzed;

  3. application of a rule allowing to specify the nature of the spools to be archived and the frequency of archiving.

Once the spools are collected, Watchdoc must be reconfigured as in its initial status, in order not to overstock the Archives file with useless spools.
