Counting the print-jobs and copies

Principle

Watchdoc^® installation on a print server allows you to permanently collect in rea time the devices usage data.

 

This data is available to the administrator and can be exported into current office formats or through decision-making tools, facilitating the regular monitoring of this device.

Available data type

You benefit from reports groupe d by:

• user (when he is authenticated in Watchdoc^®)

• service of your organisation

• device

• end-user (thanks to the billing codes)

• applications

• work station from which the print jobs are launched.

 

Additionally, besides the printing data managed by Watchdoc, the Watchdoc Supervision Console allows you to access the counters available on the devices which offers you a global visibility on the printing activity : page counters black&white or color, duplex or simplex, for the MFP, copies, scan and fax counters.

 

This data are interpreted according to their ecological impact: savings, in water, paper and energy.
