Endpoint mappeur error message
Context
The following error message might appear when creating a printer in Watchdoc: “There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper”.
Cause(s)
These are the two most frequent reasons for this error type:

Instability or crash of the Windows spooler

Problem of the Windows firewall service
Resolution
To solve the problem, you must therefore :

check the status of the firewall service
To check the status of the Windows spooler.

Obtain the spooler's path:
Start the Windows® print manager (command "printmanagement.msc");
Spread out the "Print Servers" section;
Select the relevant print server, then right-click > Properties: the location of the spooler folder is shown in the properties (by default: C:\Windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS)
restart the spooler to clean the waigin spools

Restart the spooler in order to clean the pending spools.
Open the Windows® services manager (command "services.msc");
Stop the Windows® "Print spooler" service;
Delete all the files existing in the spooler repository;
Restart the Windows® "Printing spooler" service.

Restart the Watchdoc service once the the spooler service is restarted;

Retry the action that generated the error message to check the troubleshooting result.
To check the status of the firewall service

Check if the Windows® firewall service is running;

Disable the profiles:
a. If you don’t want to use the functions of the Windows firewall, you can disable the relevant profiles. Open the Windows firewall tool (command “msc”)
b. click on Properties of the Windows firewall;
c. for each tab Domaine's Profile, Private Profile and Public Profile, change the status of the firewall for Disabled, then click on Apply;

Perform again the action which causes the error message, in order to see if the problem is resolved.
