The print code is a code that allows users to authenticate themselves on certain WESs, in addition to their account name (login).
It is an alphanumeric code that must contain between 4 and 16 characters and no more than 2 digits.
Compatible WES are: Epson, Hewlett Packard, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Toshiba, Xerox.
This authentication method must be configured:
in the LDAP directory (see Configurer l'annuaire LDAP) ;
in the META directory if the LDAP directory is integrated into it ;
in the WES profile (see Configure the WES profile of the WES used).
Once activated in the directory and in the WES profile, this code is entered by the user on their ‘My Account > Codes and Badges’ page (see ‘My Account’ page).
