Installing Watchdoc on print servers allows administrators to collect usage data from your devices continuously and in real time.
This provides administrators with clear reports grouped by:
user (when authenticated in Watchdoc)
teams
department within the organisation
printing device
application
workstation sending the print job
Users can view their printing statistics on their ‘My Account’ page if the administrator has authorised the display of these statistics (see Configuring the web site profile).
In v. 6.1.1, users also have access to team statistics on their ‘My Account’ page if team statistics have been configured (see Configuring team statistics).
