Watchdoc Mobile Client - Prerequisites
Prerequisites
Watchdoc Mobile Client has the following requirements:

the application is inseparable from the Watchdoc solution (which must be functional);

compatibility with mobile devices running Android v.5 to v.15 (Google Pixel® not compatible);

printing of documents in PDF format;

users must be registered in an Active Directory, LDPA or Guests directory (WSC Guests database);

the organisation must know the name (and address) of the Watchdoc server responsible for querying the print servers on which print queues are installed and made available to users;

the organisation must have an EMM (e.g. Intune® or Google Workspace One®);

the organisation must make Watchdoc Mobile Client available to users from the Google Play for Business® store so that they can install it on their Android® mobile devices.
This requires:

the organisation/company to be registered with Google Play®;

the organisation must provide Doxense with its ID (organisation ID);

the organisation must register Watchdoc Mobile Print among the applications managed in the EMM;
-
the organisation must associate the Watchdoc server URL with the Watchdoc Mobile Client application;
-
Watchdoc Mobile Print users must be registered in the EMM.

Find the organisation ID in Google Play®
To obtain the organisation ID to provide to Doxense:

log in to the Google Play® Enterprise Store as an administrator (https://play.google.com/work);

in the left-hand menu Applications, click on Administrator Settings or enter the following URL directly: https://play.google.com/work/adminsettings.

The organisation ID is displayed in the Settings interface;

copy this ID (which must begin with C0 or LC0) and send it to your Doxense® representative.
èDoxense adds your organisation to the list of organisations authorised to use Watchdoc Mobile Client in Google Play for Business.
You can then access your EMM to add and configure the app (see Configuring the app in EMM) to make it available to your users.
