Configuration of a print pricing
In this tutorial we will explain how to configure your print princing. A pricing is a grid of numerical values made up of specific costs defined by an organisation in order to evaluate the actual cost of printing or to invoice users for this cost.
When defined for evaluation, the pricing must be based on actual costs and if defined for invoicing, the pricing can be made up of actual costs plus a mark-up.
Pricing will enable you to collect statistics on your printing costs and savings.
There are two types of pricings: simple and complex.
➡ The simple pricing can be made up of the cost of monochrome printing, the cost of colour printing and the cost of paper.
➡The complex pricing , on the other hand, is made up of the basic cost, the type of media such as the duplex ratio and a tiered pricing system.
