PUK CodeClosed (Print User Key). In Watchdoc, this is a code associated with a user account to allow the user to authenticate in a WES. The PUK code is generated thanks to an algorithm. The user can consult it in the "My account" page of Watchdoc. For security reasons, we advise against using the PUK code and recommend using a login (user account)/PIN code. authentication
Login/password authentication

PIN CodeClosed PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a code comprising of at least four digits. It is used, for example, on a mobile or smartphone with a SIM card. The term PIN is not exclusively used by mobile phones as a PIN is also used for banking and may refer to any Personal Identification Number comprising of four or more digits. authentication

Card enrolmentClosed Action when a user account is assigned to a badge number belonging to them. Enrolment takes place when a badge is used for the first time. Enrolment may be performed by the IT services manager when they issue a badge to a user or by the user themselves by entering their ID (PIN, PUK or ID and password) which is then assigned to their badge number. Analytical CodesClosed The analytical code is a code corresponding to a specific account to which the print jobs requested by users can be charged. This code allows printing costs to be broken down, facilitating cost accounting for this item.

Release interface WES V2 WES V3

Spool TransformationClosed WES function enabling the print properties to be modified during validation (e.g. proposing Black&White printing when the job has been launched in colour or proposing duplex printing when the user has only requested duplex printing). This modification can be proposed or imposed. (Colour> black&White, simplex > duplex)

Pages deletionClosed Function enabling the user to delete, from the WES, any pending documents (or pages) that they deem superfluous. This function is only available for PCL 6 format files. (PCL6)
