Compatible models

The following list refers to models tested with Watchdoc. Models not listed have never been tested. To find out whether a model not listed is compatible, send your request via Connect.

Watchdoc v5.x and the OKI WES are compatible with the following models and firmware:

Cards readers

Elatec TWN3 and TWN4 cards readers are supported.

The devices support other reader models:

• Elatec reader in COM mode

• Cartadis TCM2 and TCM3 readers

As additional compatibility tests are required for these models, please contact Support before implementing them.
