Watchdoc SkyPrint - Error messages

Configure the log rotation rate for Skyprint logs

By default, Skyprint stores 3 log files in memory. It may be useful to increase this number to allow for better analysis of malfunctions, or to decrease it to avoid the risk of running out of disk space. To change this number:

  1. As an administrator, access the server hosting Skyprint;

  2. edit the file “C:\Program Files\Doxense\SkyPrint\Data\config.json”:

  3. change the value of the Logging > LogLevel > NbFiles key:


     

  4. save the JSON file.
