Watchdoc has a website (called the “My Account” page) designed to allow users to access various pieces of information and features that pertain to them.
The redesigned “My Account” v. 2 page is available starting with Watchdoc version 6.1.1. 5654. A comparison of the two versions is available for download (see “Migration from My Account v. 1 to My Account v. 2”).

The My Account v. 2 page requires the following tools on the server hosting the IIS service:MS URL Rewrite (see the Microsoft IIS downloads page); for MS Windows authentication, the executable file MS dotnet-hosting-10.0.9-win.exe. During the initial installation of Watchdoc, these tools are installed automatically.When updating Watchdoc, you must install these tools beforehand. If they are not already installed, the update wizard will display an informational message.
From this interface, users can access:
a list of their jobs that they can release;
their print history;
the environmental impact of their printing (personal and team);
their print statistics (personal and team);
the settings for their external services (such as OneDrive and Open Bee, for example).
The administrator configures the information and features available to users on the My Account page (both Version 1 and Version 2). Therefore, not all of the features and information described may be available. (See Configuring the My Account Page, Version 2.)
